Q What is your terms of payment ?

A Payment<=1000USD, 100% in advance. Payment>=1000USD, 30% T/T in advance ,balance before shipment / balance paid against receipt copy of B/L.
Q How can we ensure the quality ?

1) Only qualified raw material with certification is acceptable.

2) Quality check is operated by hand.

3) Free samples are always available.

4) Once quality problems occur, just sent us pics for confirmation, once confirmed, money or goods will be given as compensation.
Q Do you provide samples ? is it free or extra ?

A Yes, we could offer the sample for free charge but do not pay the cost of freight.
Q How long is your delivery time?

A Generally it is 5-10 days if the goods are in stock. or it is 15-20 days if the goods are not in stock, it is according to quantity.
Q Are you trading company or manufacturer ?

A We are the professional factory specialized in MDF,Plywood,Film Faced Plywood,and Veneer,etc.
Q How about Sample?

A Sample will be free,just pay express charge,confirm order after,reduce it,or provide express company account.
