Waterproof Green MDF
Waterproof Green Medium-density fibreboard (MDF) is a kind of engineering wood product, which is made by decomposing the residues of hardwood or cork into wood fibers. Usually in the heat mill, it combines with wax and resin adhesive, and forms the board by applying high temperature and high pressure. It is specially designed for indoor applications that need to be exposed to relatively high environmental humidity.
Advantages:
Firstly, cheaper than plywood. It is made up of separated fibres, but can be used as a building material similar in application to plywood.
Secondly, It is stronger and much denser than particle board.
Thirdly, making it more uniform than natural woods during cutting and in service.
Fourthly, Excellent substrate for veneers.
Lastly, compared with standard MDF, waterproof Green MDF is still easy to grind and grind, suitable for most adhesives, plywood and paint, but made of moisture-proof resin. It's ideal for kitchens, bathrooms, boiler rooms and laundry rooms
Specific details:
Material:Poplar,Eucalyotus,hardwood,pine ect
Grade:E1,E2
Density:750KGS/CBM---850KGS/CBM
Surface:Double sides well sanded
Size:1220mm*2440mm
Thickness:2.0mm--25mm
Application field:
It can be cut with a compass saw, power saw or a handsaw,It can be glued with wood glues.,It can be painted and varnished.,It can be drilled.
Possess:
Thick MDF adopts flat pressure line flow
①Peel the logs and break them into sawdust ②The wood chips are screened, cleaned, and put into the hot mold process, followed by dispersants and tree myron ③Drying, fiber screening, all raw materials into the glue, into the tank, continuous flat molding④Sawing MDF ⑤polishing⑥checking⑦packing
Thin MDF adopts rolling line flow
The third step of the sheet is to roll the sheet on both sides, the rest of the process is the same
The advantages of the sheet manufacturing process are: high density, good sanding,Disadvantages are, thickness is not uniform, tolerance
The advantage of the thick plate production process are:Uniform thickness, stable product quality, small tolerance Disadvantages: low density, relatively poor sanding.
MDF wood is essentially sawdust and glue, which are fused under pressure and heat. MDF can range in color from Tan to dark brown. The process of using MDF is very similar to that of using other types of wood or plywood. Fiberboard is made of wood fiber, which is a small piece of hardwood or cork. Low density fiberboard is called particleboard, which is made of smaller block than MDF. There is also a kind of high-density fiberboard, called hard fiberboard, which requires more heat and pressure than MDF to make it strong and expensive.
