The application of Laminated MDF
Generally, MDF cannot be used directly. It needs to be treated on the surface before it can be used as a finished product. The surface treatment of MDF generally includes melamine veneer, pvc veneer, blister veneer, etc.
In the MDF veneer process, the most widely used is melamine veneer: it is to soak paper with different colors or textures in the melamine resin adhesive, then dry to a certain degree of solidity, and lay it on the substrate. The surface is a decorative plate made by hot pressing. According to the color of the veneer, it can be divided into: black, white, cherry , beech wood, ash, oak ... According to the surface layer treatment of melamine paper, it can be divided into: smooth, hemp (coarse, fine Hemp, velvet hemp), relief (large relief and small relief).
