Film Faced Plywood

Film faced plywood is the special plywood with two sides coated with wearable and water proof film. The function of the film is to protect the inside wood from moisture, water, weather and extend the plywood’s service life. Film faced plywood is widely used in construction area,such as concrete formwork, floorboard, vehicle building.

Process :

①Paving the film faced plywood, manually lay the core board in the order of one layer with glue and one without glue, and the fiber directions are perpendicular to each other, and then the plywood is assembled

②Pre-press, use the pressure of the machine to shape the plate and let the glue work.

③Repair the core, use a small core board to repair the holes in the board

④Coated paper, stick the film on the top and bottom of the board

⑤Hot press, put the noodles and core board into the hot press together, and make the glue work under the effect of temperature

⑥Saw the board

⑦Spray surrounding the building template

⑧Quality inspection of building templates

⑨ Pack the board
