1、 What is plywood?  

Plywood is made of three or more layers veneer , materials, rotary-cutted or sliced from wood, which normally in odd number veneer layers, sticked by glue, and the adjacent veneer fiber direction perpendicular to each other, made by hand. Plywood is one of the commonly used materials of furniture, which is one of the three wood-based panels. Commonly used plywood type has three ply board, five ply board. Plywood can improve the utilization of wood, is a major way to save wood.

2）Two molding

1.Planking: The core plate is laid manually in the order of one layer with glue, one layer without glue, and the fiber direction is perpendicular to each other.

2. Cold-press: Press the plywood with mechanical pressure to allow the glue to work and preform the plywood.

3.Deal surface: Repair irregularities and gaps in plywood surfaces with small core panels.

4. Hot-press : The substrate enters the hot press.

6. Sanding: Putty is mainly composed of WBP glue, talcum powder, scraping the surface of the uneven.

7. laminated: Sick the face/back on the plywood.

8. Hot-press: The substrate and face/back are hot press together.

9. Sawing: Cut the plywood into specification sheets.

10. Polishing: Sand the surface of the plywood to make it more smooth and beautiful.
