What causes to effect on print melamine paper color different?


Color of Difference means color can’t match when melamine paper print, or design of overlap, will be effect on quality, or scrap.

So find and control color of difference, it’s very important to quality.

First, Pressure

Pressure of Printing is one condition of printing ink transfer, because printing plate not 100% smooth, paper surface will be slight concavity and thickness uneven, if pressure not enough or smooth, ink layer easy to uneven shades, will be have color of difference, so control pressure Is conducive to control color of difference.

Second, Ink Roller

Color grain is smooth or not, roller’s quality is important. If roller’s elastic, stickiness, main body not good, colloid hard .etc. ink is not smooth and uniform when printing process, different paper of print will be different. So good roller also important.

Third, Ink

Ink quality also important, suitable concentration of Ink will be effect on color’s difference.

Four, Substrate material

In Printing process, we have find substrate material different also effect on color difference.

So gloss and hue of substrate material, also effect on color.

Five, Light source characteristics and angle of viewing

Light main have sunlight, fluorescent lamp, incandescent lamp .etc. different light, the color of emission also different, so we need check it under different light and intensity of light source, so match color, we need different light and angle.
