The full name of MDF is Medium Density Fiberboard, also called density fiberboard, which is made of wood fiber or other plant fibers, prepared by fiber, applied with synthetic resin, and pressed under heating and pressurizing conditions.

The surface of the density board is smooth and flat, the material is fine, the performance is stable, the edge is firm, and the surface of the board is well decorated. But the density board has poor moisture resistance. In contrast, MDF has a weaker nail-holding force than particleboard. If the screws are loosened after tightening, it is difficult to fix them in the same position.

MDF is mainly used for laminate flooring, door panels, partition walls, furniture, etc. MDF is mainly used for the surface treatment of oil mixing process in home decoration; generally, MDF is used for furniture.
