Film Faced Shuttering Plywood is cost effective and a super finisher.
In total it saves over 40 percent in finishing costs, which is a boom for construction industry.
Poplar throughout plywood, overlaid with film to provide a tough, durable finish. Available in smooth two-side for construction formwork or a film wire mesh pattern with slip resistant for vehicle and trailer boxes. Phenolic resin impregnated film is pressed to both surfaces of the panel under high pressure and temperature. All the edges are sealed to minimise moisture penetration. Film faced panels have improved resistance to abrasion, chemicals, insects and fungi. Due to its durability and easily handled surface it can be used in open environment in construction and building e.g. warehouses, railway wagons, floors and sidewalls of trucks etc.

Face and back surface：
Provide black film, brown film or red film, good flatness, no carbonization, no paper, no lack of film, no blister
Core and glue:
We have various core, including poplar, hardwood, birch and combined core, uniform thickness of the lateral ply, distinct layers.
Phenolic glue,boiling water time over 72 hours, good flatness, inernal bonding stength and static. WBP (phenolic) plywood can be in boiling water for 24-72 hours without delamination . The best WBP(phenolic) glue can be regarded as permanent adhesives .But the water boiled proof period of plywood is depended on not only the quality of WBP glue, but also the craftsmanship of production .
bending strength large：
Concrete is made by mixing cement, sand and crushed stone together with water. While the concrete cures and becomes hard it exerts force on the shuttering plywood mould. So the plywood has to be strong to withstand these forces.
Hot press and sanded：
Three times press and sanded both side two times to keep good quality.
